Many Investigations have made significant discoveries such as Gamification, Design Thinking, the use of the inner child as a tool, family team discovery tool, and others. My advice to start whit your product innovation is: Start to teach your Management team how to listen and trust their team members. Generate an environment of confidence where the co-workers can share and propose not only ideas but also attitudes Make a good selection at the moment to build units; consider personal and emotional skills. Try to liberate the team from that bureaucracy that every process has. Work with your company goals to avoid frustration. Work personally to whit ego on every person on the team. And lastly but not the end, my recommendation to the Management Board is to work whit their need to control all the features to detail. Management has to focus its attention on the Business proposition and growth business.
